SPRAY APPLICATOR
A Spray Applicator applies a rust preventive substance inside the doors of a pick-up truck just as it comes out of the paint booth and prior to going to the assembly line.
The tool reads a transponder to identify the unit as a two-door or a four-door cab and responds accordingly for the appropriate spraying operation. It also reads the location of the door moving the spraying wand over the opening in the sheet metal for the glass, and lowering the wand into the opening for the spraying operation.
