OPERATOR ASSIST TOOLS

The Running Board Install Assist Tool is used to pick the running board off a sub-assembly build-up table and move it to a vehicle on the assembly line. It holds the running board in the proper location while it is secured to the frame of the vehicle.

A Roof Rack Pick and Place Tool assists the operator in picking the roof rack out of the shipping dunnage and lowering it onto the roof of the vehicle. It holds everything in place until it is lowered to the vehicle for fastening to the roof.

An operator uses a Skid Lift Tool to lift a pair of paint skids, weighing approximately 300 pounds, off a conveyor line and places them on a cart that returns them to the vehicle body shop.
