CURING OVEN
KCI, Incorporated manufactures and installs ovens with a variety of components, fixed-speed to variable speed fans, analog to digital control. In addition, we interface our equipment with other manufacturers' main processors. Our ovens typically range in capacity from 1,500 to 15,000 lbs./hr. However, we have manufactured an oven that handles over 200 metric tons of product per day, up to 140 inches wide.
Ovens for many different applications, in addition to fiberglass, can be designed and manufactured at KCI, including ceramics and mineral wool, as well as, rag or paper processes used for insulation and sound deadening material.
